Period properties in BS6, BS7, and BS8 are a particular focus for us. Thick Victorian brick and stone walls limit Wi-Fi and wired access point placement. Original joinery and plasterwork rules out chasing walls for new cables. We navigate these constraints every day using wireless lighting protocols, discreet retrofit thermostats, and battery-powered or rechargeable motorised blinds that don't require new wiring.

For new builds and conversions in BS1, BS3, and Harbourside, we work at first-fix stage — running structured cabling, speaker wire, and data conduit before plasterboard goes up. This gives clients a genuinely future-proof smart home at minimal extra cost over the build.
